A few words about Drab
You'll find us always looking on the bright side, because we simply love what we do.
We make it our business to listen and understand. Because we know that only then can ideas really start to grow.
We've been designing and doing on our local, East Anglia patch for over seven years, harvesting the rewards of great and
often long-term customer partnerships, always working face-to-face wherever we can. We serve a broad client base, but have a
particular reputation for our experience in environmental and educational interpretation.
A small, conscientious and very dedicated team, we get to grips with deadlines and priorities, whilst remaining flexible to suit
customer needs. We offer over twenty years' experience covering a wide and significant range of design and project
management areas, and extend our own expertise by working with a handful of like-minded, local professionals such as our
copywriter and stand-builders.
Brochures, leaflets, newsletters, corporate stationery, education packs and even fully fledged books: Even in this fastmoving
age of new media, there is still undeniably a very great need for good old hard copy produced to the highest
standards. Our experience is extensive and we can take care of all aspects of print from concept, design and co-ordination to
print buying and handling.
Website design and online communications: We have the flexibility to work with customers' existing web-providers or coordinate
the whole web package.
Branding matters: From logo to new look, we understand how corporate and product identities work and deliver flexible,
forward-thinking designs to serve our customers' businesses now and allow plenty of room for future growth.
Illustration services: From explanatory diagrams to ice-breaking ditties, we know where to draw the line to make a difference
to your marketing messages.
Environmental Education materials: With young kids of our own, formal training in educational media design and years of
experience in delivering interpretation materials for audiences at all levels, we have a way of using our beady eye for detail to
select and project factual material in an engaging way to educate and inform. From resources for teachers, on-site activity
packs and maps to on-territory interpretation displays and information boards, we can turn a place into an experience, and an
experience into understanding.
Exhibition services: For those moments when the product has to hit the road or there's an opportunity for a more permanent
display, we can support with a full design and project management service. Whether the requirement is as simple as creating
the right portable banner stands or display materials for the job, designing and building a new interior for an exhibition and
interpretation centre, or taking a bit of field at the Chelsea Flower Show and making it into a rainforest (!), we can make it
happen.
